Submission of Rated OPCRF/IPCRF of all SDO-Based Personnel

Unit/Section Heads shall submit their rated OPCRFs together with the rated IPCRFs of their personnel in bunch to the HRD Section on or before April 22, 2016. A written explanation shall be required of personnels who fail to submit on time.
